Hi, I'm Namita.
Welcome to my blog—where leaders and founders turn setbacks into strategy and rise with purpose.

Wealth isn’t loud.
It’s not a hustle.
It’s not another zero in your bank account.

True wealth is having options—when life gets chaotic, when careers shift, and when the world throws unexpected tests your way.

It’s being able to choose you, without panic.

As a founder or a leader, you already know:
Your peace, freedom, and power come from the systems you build beneath the surface.

I didn’t always have one.

When my marriage ended, I gave up half of everything I’d worked for.
And I didn’t have a safety net.
Not really.

I had grit.
I had ambition.
But no system to support me if things fall apart.

So I started building.

And from that moment forward, every challenge became fuel:

  • A 35-day government shutdown
  • A house fire
  • A layoff in 2023
  • Grief, transition, and reinvention

Each time, I refined the system.
Not just financially, but physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

Because wealth isn’t just financial.
It’s how resourced you feel in your body, your mind, and your calendar.

What does that look like in real life?

1. Financial Flexibility That Feels Like Peace

  • I keep 3–6 months in savings, and another 4–6 months in an investment account I can access. That’s not a cushion—that’s freedom.
  • I live in a luxury condo near DC. But I also know I could rent it out and move to Costa Rica or Portugal tomorrow. Not because I have to—but because I can.
  • My investments give me options. And optionality = power.

2. Passive Income That Supports the Phoenix

  • I started small: stocks in companies I believed in—Google, Tesla, Apple.
  • After my divorce, I invested my share of the home into a rental property. That property became my steady partner through change.
  • I contribute to 401(k), index funds, and mutual funds. $20K/year at 11% return = doubled in a decade.

3. Investing in Myself Wasn’t a Luxury—It Was the Strategy

  • I took a five-month career break.
  • I went to silent retreats, danced, journaled, healed.
  • I invested in physical wellness and nervous system care.

Because what’s the point of building wealth if you’re not well enough to enjoy it?

And here’s what I’ve learned:

Security doesn’t come from a salary.
It comes from how you use what you already have to build freedom.

That’s the Phoenix Coaching Framework in motion.
It’s not about playing defense.
It’s about building your abundance system—so your life supports your leadership, not the other way around.

If you’re a leader or founder ready to build wealth on your own terms, I’m offering an exclusive session just for you.

Fill out your contact info and say: “Abundance and FIRE.”
Let’s build your system. Together.
