Most people wake up and dive straight into their to-do list.
I wake up and dive into my dream.

Not because I’m searching for signs or symbols,
but because I’ve learned to listen to what my nervous system, my healing, and my intuition are trying to tell me.

A few days ago, around the new moon, I had a dream that unearthed an old wound I hadn’t fully processed.

It took me back to a storm I thought I had weathered:
A divorce I had chosen but didn’t expect to face alone.
The forced closure of a startup I had poured my soul into.
A contract that ended before I could catch my breath.
My finances freezing up.
And me—trying to keep it all together while everything was quietly falling apart.

At the time, I told myself I was strong.
That I was choosing growth.
That the businessman who withdrew all support was simply ruthless and pragmatic.
But underneath was grief. Betrayal.
A story of nepotism that made me feel invisible, expendable.

The dream brought it all back—not as a crisis, but as a message.
I didn’t analyze it right away.
I let it sit with me.
I gave it a full week.

And then, when I was ready, I took it to my coach—not in the form of a lesson, but as a raw truth.
The version I had never said out loud.

And something shifted.

In speaking the unspoken, a more courageous version of me emerged.
Not in spite of the pain.
Because I finally gave it voice.

That same week, just before an important meeting, I felt nudged to glance through a slide deck.
There was no logic in what I clicked—just a pull.

That one slide gave me exactly what I needed.
The insight to lead the meeting with clarity,
to speak with alignment,
and to drive a productive outcome.

That wasn’t a coincidence.
That was coherence.

I was in flow.
With my body.
With my healing.
With the people and moments that seemed to find me right on time.

This is what I teach in Phoenix Coaching.
We don’t start with surface fixes.
We start by listening to our dreams, our bodies, our nervous systems.

Because true executive presence doesn’t come from posturing.
It comes from integration.
From standing in your story—healed, whole, and powerful.

The magic isn’t in the dream.
The magic is in honoring what it brings to the surface.

If this resonates with you…
If you’re navigating your own storm—be it divorce, burnout, or a career crossroads—
And you want to move from survival to deep alignment…

That’s the work we do in Phoenix Coaching.

We don’t rush the process.
We honor the body.
We listen to the whispers before they become screams.

And when you’re ready to rise, not as who you were, but as who you’re meant to be—I’ll be here.

Let’s begin your Phoenix Moment.
